SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders may leave from our Louisiana operation or a U.S. fulfillment partner, depending on inventory and destination. Either way, MudderSwag remains responsible for your order, support, and warranty.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $99 or more. For orders below $99, available shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

We don't currently offer routine international shipping. If you're outside the U.S., email info@mudderswag.com before ordering and we'll tell you whether we can help.

Handling time

Every order ships within 24 hours of purchase, and most ship the same day. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your shipment is created.

Transit time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after the carrier accepts the package. The carrier and service may vary by inventory, package size, and destination. Tracking estimates are provided by the carrier and are not delivery guarantees.

If you need an order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll confirm the available options.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be clean, unused, unmodified, and in resalable condition. Email info@mudderswag.com before mailing anything back so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.

Fitment exchanges

If the cover doesn't fit, contact us first. Many fitment problems can be solved with a quick install check. If you ordered the wrong fitment, we support one fitment exchange per order. A brief, clean test fit is fine; merchandise that has been trail-used, stained, damaged, or modified is not eligible.

You pay to ship the original item back to us. After it passes inspection, MudderSwag covers standard outbound shipping for the first replacement fitment.

Return shipping

For standard returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We do not deduct a restocking fee. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until your refund is complete.

Refund timing

Once we receive the return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days and issue any approved refund to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If an order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong product, email info@mudderswag.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We'll correct it at our cost.
