FREE SHIPPING ON US ORDERS OVER $99

US orders over $99 ship free. Under $99, we charge a flat $9.99 or live carrier rates — whichever fits your order. Most orders ship within 1 business day from our Louisiana shop and arrive in 3-5 business days.

CANADA SHIPPING

We ship to Canada via UPS and USPS services. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address — usually $35-50 for a single set.

***Canadian buyers: duties and taxes are NOT included in your shipping cost. UPS will collect them at delivery on behalf of the Canadian government. We unfortunately don't have any control over this.

PROCESSING TIME

We pack and ship orders 1 business day after they're placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon, weekends, or US holidays ship the next business day.

You'll get a tracking email from us the moment your order leaves the shop. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — and if it's not there, email info@mudderswag.com and we'll send it again.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE US AND CANADA)

We don't currently ship outside the US and Canada. If you're somewhere else and you want a set, email info@mudderswag.com and we'll see what we can work out — but no promises.

RETURNS

ONE YEAR. ANY REASON. $20 RESTOCK FEE.

Try the covers on your rig. Run them through a season of mud, dust, dogs, and daily use. If you decide they're not for you within one year of purchase, send them back.

We charge a $20 restocking fee per set on returns. That covers our inspection, cleaning, and repackaging costs. Customer covers return shipping.

Found a defect instead of just changing your mind? That's not a return — that's a warranty claim. Warranty claims are free, no restock fee, no return shipping. See our Warranty page for full details.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email info@mudderswag.com with your order number and a quick note on what's going on. Joe or Austin will reply directly — no portal, no chatbot, no "we'll get back to you in 48 hours."

We'll send return instructions. Once your set arrives back at our shop and passes inspection, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

REFUNDS

Refunds process back to your original payment method, minus the $20 restocking fee, within 3-5 business days of us receiving the return.

CANADIAN RETURNS

Same one-year policy applies, but Canadian customers cover return shipping (which can be expensive). For defective items, contact us first — we usually just replace the affected piece without asking for the original back.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM ON ARRIVAL

If your covers show up damaged or it's the wrong product, email us same-day with a photo. We'll have a replacement on the way before the end of the next business day. No questions, no return required, no restock fee.
